The 267 Ironwood Skillet Set is designed for stove-to-table cooking. The set includes a beechwood trivet, the perfect tool for resting your hot skillet out of the way between cooking operations and when serving. The trivet is complemented by a matching beechwood serving tool that is shaped to nestle with the form of the skillet. The serving piece features an embedded magnet that secures it to the handle of the iron skillet.
The set includes the 267 Skillet which weighs fewer than 5 pounds, making it among the lightest in its class. We've designing our skillet with an extra long handle to facilitate two-handed gripping. The cooking area of the skillet is machined flat and texturized to create a surface that bonds exceptionally well with our cottonseed oil seasoning. With a 9.5" wide cooking surface and 10.5" wide rim, the 267 Skillet is large enough to sear most steaks and cooks up a great personal pizza.
The pan's non-stick performance improves over time with additional seasoning. See our directions for use, care and seasoning here.
The trivet and serving tool are constructed of solid beechwood and are coated with a food-safe mineral oil finish. Care instruction for wooden components can be found here.
